Empowering women is the sole aim of 'Gurukul Mahila Unnati Sanstha'. An institution that helps women progress in their endeavour and empowers them to handle challenges in life. The word 'Mahila Unnati' itself describes Gurukul's agenda in connection with independence and progress of women.
'Gurukul Mahila Unnati Sanstha' is registered in March 2022. Various kinds of trainings are carried on over here. This institute is been recognized by 'Neeti Ayog'. Chairperson Mrs. Deepali Pawar is the member of 'Central Commission for Women'. She's got the certificate for the same. This institution wants to do a lot for the trainees over here.
Three different organisations are operating under the banner of 'Gurukul Mahila Unnati sanstha'. 1) Gurukul Career Academy 2) Gurukul Security Training Institute and 3) Gurukul Self Help Group.
In 'Gurukul Career Academy', boys and girls from ordinary family background and who are economically weak, are trained to make them able to be posted in army and likewise fields. This institute is situated in Pune and Kolhapur as well. Here training for Army, Air Force, Navy, CISF (Paramilitary Force) is given. Till date 350 boys and 6 girls trained from this institute have been appointed successfully in Army, Police force etc. Classes for MPSC and UPSC are also functioning in this institute.
The candidates who are able to join army or so, fail to join it only because of financial problem. They are incapable of paying the heavy fees of such training institutes. So they have to drop their idea of joining army unwillingly. This helplessness disturbed Mrs. Deepali Pawar and she decided to end this tragedic era. She voluntarily took a step forward and 'Gurukul Career Academy' was established.
Next comes 'Gurukul Security Training Institute'. Here men and women are trained for serving as a Security Guard. Training for owners of Security Agencies is also provided here. Security is an important field to work. Alertness, sharp vigilance are the basic necessities of the same. Taking into consideration such qualities and aspects, training for security field is carried on over here.
'Gurukul Self Help Group' is another venture of 'Gurukul Mahila Unnati Sanstha'. The word 'Self Help' says it all! The main task of this institute to help women become independent. Empowerin women through various ways is commendable work done by institute. Here sewing classes are operated. Recently women were gifted with sewing machines also. Also the classes like Ice Cream Making, Cake making were recently organized

Dear Sir / Madam,
'Gurukul Mahila Unnati Sanstha' is aiming to empower women from economically backward class and from ordinary families. Institution is taking all essential steps to make eligible women capable and train them for serveices in army. These candidates are capable of joining army except their inability to pay the heavy fees of Army Training Institutes. So free training is provided to them here.
Also the Self Help Group and Security Training Institute are being run under the banner of 'Gurukul Mahila Unnati Sanstha'. But carrying on all these activities by a single person is quite difficult, financially. We've to often purchase diferent material for the training purpose. Clothes are to be provided for them. Also various grounds for different exercises are to be prepared. These candidates are residing over here. So their daily needs and food are also to be taken care of.
I'm doing my level best and working round the clock for the empowerment of these girls. Presently 130 candidates are being trained. To keep their spirits high, all the activities need to run very smoothly.
So, I humbly request all the donors to donate as per their wish to 'Gurukul mahila Unnati Sanstha'. Your money is going to be the savior for these girls. Also you'll be eligible for tax exemption under 80 (G) for the donated amount.
Faithfully Yours Deepali Pawar
